• We recently moved to the Live Oak area. After asking several new neighbors I made an appointment with this Medical Group next to the hospital. The office staff was curt when I made my appointment, did not speak other than, "Fill this out." Several weeks later, when I had a problem with my new prescriptions, I called two days in a row to have a doctor call me back regarding the prescription. NOTHING! Do I need to go to the emergency room? That's at least $500.00! Do I need to make another appointment, wait ten days? Will somebody call me back or not? The recording says they will return my call, but nobody has. I am very disappointed. (Sus318, 07/26/2009)
